Before initiating a return, please kindly note that our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Slight irregularities and natural gemstone variations are characteristic of this artisanal process and add to the unique charm of each piece. Rest assured, every item undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipping.

 

ELIGIBILTY FOR REFUNDS
Return Window: You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items should be returned in their original packaging along with any tags, certificates, or accessories included.

Customized Items: Even customized or made-to-order jewelry can be returned within 7 days.


HOW TO START A RETURN ?
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@ag925jewelry.com within 15 days of delivery, including your order number.

Approval: Our Quality Control (QC) team will confirm your return request and provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Inspection: Once we receive your return, our QC team will confirm receipt.

Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Scope: Refunds include the full product price. Shipping and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
