Public Holidays: During Indian public holidays, order processing may take up to 72 hours.
We strive to deliver all orders within 15 business days of order placement, including the time required for production or procurement if applicable.

Domestic Shipping (India)
Free Shipping: All orders above Rs2000 within India are eligible for free standard shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders incur a shipping fee of ₹100.
Courier Partners: We dispatch orders via trusted logistics providers such as DTDC and Blue Dart.
Delivery Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 6–7 business days, with faster delivery to metro locations.
International Shipping
Courier Partner: We use Ship rocket for international deliveries, ensuring safety and real-time tracking.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are generally delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This can be used to monitor your shipment status via our website or the courier partner's tracking portal.
Partial Shipments
In certain cases, your order may be shipped in parts due to product availability. If the full order cannot be delivered within 16 working days, you may request a cancellation and refund for the unshipped items. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Insurance & Proof of Delivery
All shipments are insured until delivered. A signature and valid ID proof are required at the time of delivery. If the package is being received by someone else (e.g., in case of a gift), their signature and ID will be considered as proof of delivery.
